Most trainers in Calgary charge between $70–$120 per session. I charge $85 per session with flexible options for 2x or 3x per week. I also offer online coaching for people who want accountability without the commute.
Do I need a gym membership to train with you?
Yes. I train clients at Evolve Strength Seton, and a membership is required to work with me.
Do you work with beginners?
Yes. Over half of my clients started as complete beginners. I build programs that match your fitness level, so you can progress safely and see results without feeling overwhelmed.
Do you offer online coaching?
Yes. My online coaching programs are perfect for busy professionals who want a structured plan, accountability, and expert guidance without having to meet in person.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on your consistency and nutrition, but most clients notice strength and energy improvements in the first 4–6 weeks. Visible changes typically happen within 8–12 weeks of consistent training.
Can you help with weight loss?
Yes. Many of my clients come to me for fat loss. My programs combine strength training, cardio, and sustainable nutrition guidance so you can lose fat and keep it off.
Do you have flexible scheduling?
Yes. I work with busy professionals, so I offer morning, evening, and weekend time slots. We’ll find times that fit your schedule.
Do you train clients in South Calgary?
Yes. Most of my in-person sessions are at Evolve Strength Seton in South Calgary. I also serve clients across the city through online coaching.
Do you work with clients outside of Calgary?
Yes. My online coaching programs are available to clients anywhere in Canada. You’ll get a customized plan, accountability, and check-ins—no matter where you live.
